Rugby | Springboks

Interactive rugby: Sat, Jun 8

Welcome to our interactive coverage of International rugby on a Saturday crammed with top-class fixtures.

The Springboks started their campaign with a 44-10 victory against Italy during the test double-header in Durban. In the first match Samoa beat Scotland 27-17 at the Growthpoint Kings Park in Durban.

In the morning a rusty All Blacks outfit was pushed way out of the comfort zone by a fiesty France, but held on for a 23-13 win in Auckland in our first covered match of the morning.

Then the British and Irish Lions, still in the opening stint of their Australian tour, continued on their winning ways as they beat the Queensland Reds 12-22 in Brisbane.

Yolisa Mkhele did this afternoon's two matches and we would like to thank him for his work. You can see some of the opinions shared with us.

Ken Borland took us through the morning’s matches. If you've been with us before you'll know that he has a fair bit of opinion on everything that happens close to the oval ball. (and don't forget the #SSRugby...)
